Our terms for providing Fixed Price Direct

Taj Hospitals will provide a written offer which identifies all services which will be provided to the named patient under the Fixed Price Direct scheme.

The offer will form part of the contract agreed and signed between the patient and Taj Hospitals. Thereafter Taj Hospitals guarantees there will be no additional consultant or hospital charges for any treatment so agreed and accepted under the Fixed Price Direct scheme.

The offer price can include

• Accommodation, meals, nursing care, operating theatre fees, diagnostic tests and treatment given during your stay in hospital
  
  
• Required drugs and dressings
  
  
• All surgical appliances and implants
  
  
• All X-rays and pathology tests
  
  
• All consultant fees
  
  
• Anything else that is defined within the offer
  
  
• The treatment of any post discharge complications, (if any) which are as a direct result of the treatment agreed subject to B(iv) overleaf

Sometimes the offer price can include the costs of any post discharge tests or consultations relating to your treatment.
